<p>The human resources (HR) manager needs effective tools to be able move away from traditional recruitment processes make the good decision select candidates for posts. To do this, we deliver an intelligent decision-making method HR, incorporating a model based on multipack known as NP-hard model. The system, which is support tool, often integrates genetic approach that operates alternately in parallel and sequentially. This will provide best recruiting solution allow HR managers right ensure possible compatibility with desired objectives. Operationally, this system can also predict altered choice of algorithm (PGA) or sequential (SeqGA) depending size instance constraints posts produce quality reduced CPU time decision-making. results obtained various tests confirm performance used tool intelligently optimized recruitment.</p>
